We read every email. If something here doesn’t answer your question, write to us at contact@spatial-ai-labs.com.
Include your device (iPhone / iPad / Mac / Vision Pro), iOS or visionOS version, and the app build number from Settings → About in the app. We can usually answer the same day.
Before you write
Where do deleted photos go?+
They go to the system Photos trash via the OS's standard delete flow. You'll see Apple's confirmation sheet before anything is actually removed, and the photos sit in the Recently Deleted album for 30 days before being purged.
What does Pro unlock?+
Three features: unlimited daily swipes (free is capped at 100/day), two extra swipe directions (up and down), and the Review Later queue album for photos you can’t decide on right now. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.
How do I revoke Photos access?+
On iPhone / iPad / Vision Pro: open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Photos Wizard. On Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos. The app will switch to its “access required” screen the next time you open it.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?+
Open Settings inside the app, scroll to Subscription, and tap “Restore Purchases.” You need to be signed into the same Apple ID that originally bought Pro.
Does Photos Wizard upload my photos anywhere?+
No. The app reads from your local Photos library and writes back to it. Nothing about your photos — content, metadata, anything — leaves your device. Anonymous usage analytics about which features you tap are sent for product improvement; those can be turned off in Settings.
I cleaned up gigabytes of photos. Why is my storage still full?+
Two reasons. (1) The Recently Deleted album holds photos for 30 days before they’re fully purged — empty it manually if you want the space back today. (2) If iCloud Photos is on, the device may be holding low-resolution previews of photos that exist in full size in iCloud. Storage frees up over time as the system reclaims those.
Why does Hide need a system confirmation every time?+
Apple requires individual confirmation for hiding photos — it’s a platform constraint, not something the app can batch around. The same goes for deletes when iCloud-shared.
